Elizabeth Brock-Jones is currently a Principal Innovator at Nike where she’s worked for the past 10 years. During that time, she’s worked with Nike Sportswear, Special Projects, the Global Express lane, Fuel, and the NXT Space team in Innovation on projects that range from sandals, boots, ACG, running and the entire Off-White x Nike: The Ten collection. As a Senior Innovator she worked on a multitude of concepts, including developing Tinker Hatfield’s creations.

Beyond working for Nike, Elizabeth spreads her love of footwear and her passion for inspiring future generations by teaching. Her current portfolio includes the University of Oregon Sports Product Management Program,  Lasell University and Lasell University’s Youth Innovation Program.

Prior to starting at Nike, Elizabeth received her BS in Kinesiology from Iowa State, an MS in Biomechanics from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Sports Marketing from the University of Oregon.
